    Virtual, work from dwelling position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick upwards shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you lot miss a twenty-four hour period that week) you tin choice up another shift from the board

    Very simple essence of function/job duties. Very helpful peers

    Cons

    WFH role but withal micromanaging environment. Your every move is tracked and monitored in some way. Non much autonomy. Not much room for growth opportunities nor is at that place whatever sort of real growth model. Leaders aren't looking to develop more leaders, they but choose those who are best at responding to cases or conducting an interview. Favoritism plays a role equally well. Does not brand a person qualified to lead a squad of professionals. Pay is no longer competitive. Recruiting direction is non the most competent/innovative. Recruiting methods in general will rapidly burn you lot out. Sourcing methods are basic and outdated, leading to low-level talent puddle, resulting in most interviews existence a waste product of fourth dimension, catastrophe in fire out. Lastly, there is no REAL 60 minutes support for employees in this role. Leaders act equally hr and in my opinion, that doesn't provide confidence in proper checks and balances.

    They are very friendly and have made the unabridged process and then easy! From the interview through the onboarding process they accept been there every footstep of the manner and have stayed in impact well-nigh daily. They did everything they could to set me for my interview with General Motors and I did great considering of them. I look forward to standing to work with them.

    Nada at all, the sell you on a fake dream during training at a terrible pay rate.

    Cons

    Kelly has got to exist the worse visitor i take ever worked for. They over work employees and then fire you based on attendance regardless of the reason. They as well fire you for stats, noesis and a whole bunch of other crap. I thought when i joined and i was getting pay raises, information technology was considering apple liked us. NO its because people are QUITTING THE Visitor!!! There are mode too many work at home jobs that are ameliorate than this to be working for some terrible place like kelly. They will sell you lot on a dream and and so fire you. I got pregnant and had a baby they only offered me 6 weeks UNPAID, i ended up taking 4 weeks because it was UNPAID! I had preeclampsia and they got mad at me for attendance because i kept going to the hospital and they don't have doctors notes! over all i am happy i left that visitor, they don't care for employees or respect them.

    I was a assistance desk analyst at Kelly Services in Troy. There was only 6 positions open up simply they hired 8 people. The plan was that those that worked well enough would make information technology so 2 people out of the eight hired are destined to be fired. Who runs a company similar that? Why was at that place only six open up spots open up merely y'all rent eight people? You just go a total of 20 minutes for break time. Nearly other companies give you lot xxx minutes in an 8 60 minutes shift. Y'all dont always get a lunch break either. You get 3 days of training on the aid desk and so are put on the phones. That is nowhere almost long enough. Their ticketing arrangement and knowledge base left a lot to exist desired. Plus there was niggling information on who the subject area matter experts where when yous had a problem that was not in the noesis base of operations. Plus this company was touting the fact that they got an honor from the Detroit gratis press as one of the best places to work. Who did Kelly Services pay off and how much to get that award? Ane of the worst work experiences I have ever had. Terrible

    Well a lot of cons. Such as if y'all are letting them go how about letting them know! Just come to work and y'all are locked out it'south been hour and not a word from them! What do I do with this paper weight? You are doing keen making 100% on IQE reviews Q&A reviews and TL reviews until they fire your team lead past locking them out and not telling them then putting you another squad where they basically pick at everything you do wrong and now you are getting 100% from IQE Reviews which are actual Apple doing those and benefits none!

    Snake pit, shady, watch your back. Document everything. All most the numbers. Those who notwithstanding talent/fills will usually be kept and and supervisors volition look the other mode. Number fudging and we were basically told to promise talent whatsoever to get the fill.

    Pros

    Leadership knows what they're doing and expects you to also, they don't micromanage. They will teach you and then allow you lot exercise your job pretty much on your own. The pay is okay. The benefits are improve than nearly places. The job is physical and mental, and then you lot won't get too fat and you won't become likewise tired either.

    Cons

    Hard to observe staffing for certain shifts, we work 12 hr shifts 3-4 days on and off each calendar week, some people tin't exercise the shifts that have upwardly the weekend so it can be hard to find and keep people, especially on nights. Some more senior people were improperly trained and think they know everything and will fight the new technology and ways of doing things tooth and boom, and they desire the leadership to practice a lot of their chore for them because that's how it used to exist back in the day, KS won't become rid of these people for whatsoever reason, even though they're holding the company back (I estimate that'southward kind of a pro likewise if you recollect nigh it, KS simply doesn't know how to requite up on people and movement on sometimes).
